Muggers

Before you start to wonder what we are encouraging at St Polycarps – Muggers are so called because they spend an inordinate amount of time drinking coffee, tea and chocolate ( a mug is never very far away from a Mugger!)

Muggers aged between 14 and 18. They meet every Sunday evening from 7.30 until 9.30 pm. The venue for meeting is planned in advance and is usually in one of the leaders' front rooms. The Muggers themselves sometimes host these evenings if they wish - and have permission from parents!

Sunday evenings are spent in Bible study, games and other activities and an important part of being a Mugger is simply relaxing and being friends together. However, being a Mugger sometimes requires a good deal of energy. Trips out include bowling, the cinema, weekends away, sleepovers and the like… phew!

This summers programme
This is program is very relaxed, as this is the exam time. So get that revision done over the weekend and come along on Sunday evening, relax and recharge before those big days.
